What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

What we love about The Bungalow Twins
A designer’s dream, this two-bungalow suite is centered around a sleek and shimmering swimming pool, a textured expanse of xeriscape gardens and shady heritage Oaks, all connecting the two separate homes for central gathering. Architecturally conceived to maximize indoor/outdoor living in Sonoma’s lovely wine country climate, this open-plan estate also maximizes a dynamic social experience for guests of The Bungalows!

The Bungalows are a chic and stylish sanctuary perched up a private road, each with unique touches but similar in design and amenities. Much of the entertaining will likely be shared and take place under the steel-beam and wood-framed outdoor living area. This minimalist and elegant space houses a full living room suite, formal dining for 12 and complete set of outdoor dinner wear in a modern metal hutch. Warmed by infrared heaters, this open air pavilion is welcoming throughout the year.

Bungalow 1
With a wall of glass panel doors, this bungalow opens directly to the Pavilion. A fully-equipped chef’s kitchen with island seating looks onto the living area with a gas fireplace and rustic, wood tiled wall. A Thermador gas range and industrial grade appliances make cooking a dream. High ceilings, recessed lighting and skylights brighten this space while honey-colored wood floors add warmth. A large flat screen TV and bookshelves (stocked with original screenplays!) offer entertainment options within the serene layout.

The master suite with Queen bed enjoys a private, covered patio with forest views. There is a stall shower and deep soaking tub overlooking the countryside in the exquisitely tiled master bath. Separated by sliding barn doors, space is maximized to create a generous bath with dual vanities. There is an American Leather Queen sofa bed in the living area.

Bungalow 2
Separated by concrete walkways and tall dry grasses shaded by oak and manzanita, Bungalow 2 is another study in modern, rustic design with wide plank wood floors, white walls and sleek modern furniture. Top-sliding barn doors and pitched ceilings add to the spacious feel in the living/kitchen area. A butcher-block center island offers casual dining for 4. There is a Bosch gas stove top, retro-style refrigerator and top-grade stainless steel dishwasher, and the kitchen is fully stocked for cooking! (Note: There is no oven in Bungalow 2.)

The master bedroom has a queen bed and private door to the spacious bathroom. A floating dual vanity and the large walk-in shower add to the clean, spa-like ambiance of the bath.

There is a large, flat screen TV and American Leather Queen sofa bed in the living area. A generous, covered porch with seating provides a warm welcome for guests or a place to enjoy wine country evenings and views of the Mayacama mountains.

Eat, Drink & Play
More than a place, Sonoma Valley is a state of mind, with a culture that honors its roots as the birthplace of California’s premium wine industry. At its heart is the charming Sonoma town plaza - the largest in California - only 45 minutes from San Francisco. Ringed by boutiques, galleries, historic sites, and eateries that range from intimate cafes to four-star restaurants, the plaza is a hub for visitors and locals alike. Surrounded by vineyards, farms and groves of olive and fruit trees, there is no better place to put the top down on the car, cruise the open country roads and sample organic delights from the numerous roadside food stands. Of course, a trip to Sonoma wouldn’t be complete without a stop or two at the nearby wineries for a private tour and tasting of the lush reds and crisp whites that this region is so famous for. Some of our favorite spots in the Sonoma area include:
  • Hanzell Winery
Called “one of the most influential producers in California’s winemaking history”, this is the winery our guests tell us is one of their favorite wine discoveries in Sonoma. Guests staying at Lomita Estate are in luck, Hanzell is just a few minutes up the private road from Lomita Estate.
  • Sonoma Train Town Railroad
Families know to head to Train Town for a joyous day of nostalgic fun on one of the largest rideable scale model trains in the country.
  • Sonoma Plaza
Cruise around Sonoma’s central square by foot or bicycle, where every corner surprises you with a romantic cafe, an old adobe storefront, a shaded picnic spot or live music and fine dining.
  • Cafe la Haye
Dine at the charming, Zagat-rated bistro that is Cafe la Haye for seasonal, chef-selected American dishes.
  • Nicholson Ranch Winery
Great wine cave and views — nice wine too!
  • Sonoma Valley Museum of Art
Hidden gem of a gallery with lots of quality and interesting pieces on display — definitely worth visiting.
  • Sebastiani Theatre
Old fashioned movie theatre and local venue.
  • Mission San Francisco Solano
Take a drive over to Mission San Francisco Solano, the last Spanish mission built in California. Sonoma’s historic wineries, Buena Vista and Gundlach-Bundschu were established shortly after the mission - over 150 years ago - and mark the birthplace of the premium wine industry in the U.S.
  • The Girl & the Fig
Dine under the stars or choose an intimate spot indoors at this popular local restaurant serving country food with a French passion.
  • El Dorado Kitchen
Their beautiful outdoor garden is the setting for many a delicious alfresco breakfast, lunch or dinner.
  • Gloria Ferrer Caves & Vineyards
Champagne is their forte and the veranda views are unbeatable.
  • Sonoma Market
Every local’s favorite grocery store, with an excellent deli, meat, seafood, artisanal bread and cheese selection
  • Sonoma Raceway
In one corner of the tranquil region of Sonoma, the roar of engines and squealing of tires signal that you’ve found Sonoma Raceway, scene of record-breaking auto and motorcycle races, and arguably the world’s busiest racing facility with 340 days a year of events.
  • Napa
It is a short 25 minute drive from the town of Sonoma to the town of Napa blends an exciting urban view with a wine country lifestyle, a place where you can expect culinary adventures and world-class entertainment.
  • San Francisco
In under an hour, you can be crossing the iconic Golden Gate bridge and immersing yourself in the vibrant and fast-paced life of the city by the bay.
