What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

Sitauted behind an electronic gate, Kismet is built as three fully air-conditioned pavilions, offering five bedroom/bath suites in two pavilions, and the Great Room pavilion with separate living and dining areas, a movie theatre and a gourmet kitchen. The master bedroom pavilion features a sitting room, bedroom and bath with a steam shower and bathtub. Two bedrooms are situated in Kismet's second poolside pavilion with a few stairs leading down to a second breezy patio set with a Moroccan fountain; two more bedrooms/bath suites and an air-conditioned billiard room with two single daybeds, wet bar and full bath adjoin. All three pavilions open into a tiled courtyard with a sparkling pool and hot tub enjoying magnificent views of St. Thomas in the blue distance. Take a stroll off the courtyard along a path that winds through the enticing, lush gardens planted with exotic date palms, majestic royal palms, tropical flowers and fruits, set with a magnificent gazebo and small private seating areas for quiet moments.

Located above the master bedroom pavilion via a staircase, the breezy Sun Room offers spectacular long-distance views of the pool courtyard and miles beyond to the horizon through its open arches. Seating banquettes within this scenic aerie are strewn with colorful, plush cushions from which to enjoy sunsets and cocktails. The screening room, perhaps the only one on St. John, features a 55-inch LED-HD screen and a lavish and varied collection of movies on laser discs, DVDs and videos. Stunning custom woodwork throughout this incredible villa adds to Kismet's privileged aura. All of Kismet's bedrooms offer satellite television and internet access, but if you don't bring your laptop, a computer with printer is available in the living room for easy access to your email. Kismet sets the benchmark in the U.S.V.I. for luxury, and offers an unprecedented level of attentive and special service to villa guests' needs and desires - unequivocably, five stars plus!

Kismet has 5000 square feet of indoor space and another 6,000 square feet of beautiful outdoor space for your enjoyment and relaxation. During your stay of a minimum of seven nights, Kismet is available for small social events such as corporate retreats, seminars, small weddings, important birthday and anniversary celebrations, family reunions and other such events allowed within Kismet's rules and regulations (please inquire). Many enjoyable receptions at Kismet have been held, including birthdays, weddings and other celebrations. Kismet guests may do the same, within limits, provided that BeautifulPlaces is informed in advance, preferably at the time of the booking, of the planned reception, party or social gathering, and provided that certain restrictions to protect the neighborhood community are completely observed.

Kismet's Screening Room has a maximum clarity 65-inch LED-HD screen, 5.1 Dolby Digital Surround Sound system, 10 plush reclining theater seats + Blu-ray DVD players, plus over 1,500 movies which can be screened via an iPad app. When browsing, you can search for reviews,trailers, directors and actors. A 32-inch LED flat-screen satellite TV with Blu-ray DVD player in all 5 bedrooms, a 50-inch plasma screen satellite TV with a Blu-ray DVD player + Wii console in billiard room, plus flat-screen satellite TVs in the kitchen, living room and dining room. Kismet also has a 4-zone indoor/outdoor music system with a CD player, iPod dock + a feed for satellite radio stations, including Sirius, plus AirPlay for wireless play of your personal iTunes library. Kismet also has a CD music collection, books and games; a Dell computer with satellite internet access in living area, wired + wireless broadband internet connection in every bedroom for laptops + a printer, fax machine + answering machine. A/C throughout this villa. Gourmet kitchen has state-of-the-art appliances including gas cooktop + icemaker. Dry bar in living room; wet bar + dart board in Billiard Room; outdoor gas grill. Weddings and Parties
*KISMET IS AVAILABLE FOR WEDDINGS, PARTIES + SOCIAL GATHERINGS for up to 60 guests maximum. Social events may only be held at Kismet as part of a seven-night minimum villa rental at the full villa rate. You may have up to 12 guests in your party staying and sleeping at Kismet; your agent or event planner can arrange lodging for additional guests at St. John hotels or inns, such as the nearby Westin Resort. SEE KISMET RATES FOR WEEKLY RATES. Kismet's standard refundable security deposit is $1500. For all weddings, parties and social gatherings held at Kismet, an additional $3000 refundable social event damage deposit is also payable (although you should expect that clean-up, septic system maintenance, other repairs and replacing missing or broken items may utilize a significant portion of this $3,000 social event deposit. Receipts as well as a list of expenses applied to this social event deposit will be furnished upon your written request). McLaughlin Anderson Luxury Villas requires that you give us, well in advance, complete details of all your wedding or party plans, including names and contact information for wedding personnel and/or catering persons or event planners who will be at this villa for your function... this information must be provided to us as part of your rental Terms & Conditions, as part of the Kismet Rules + Regulations for Social Gatherings (see below). Guests will be held completely responsible for any damages, missing items, and will be charged if their caterer/chef does not complete a full clean-up of the villa property inside and outside, including removing all trash from the property. Please ask to see complete details and our agreement for these functions.

KISMET'S RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR SOCIAL GATHERINGS OF OVER 20 PERSONS: Kismet is one of the prime places chosen for rental and for renters hosting social events on St. John because of its site, the sunset and sunrise views, the ambience of the villa itself, and the number of persons it can accommodate. Because Kismet is in a residential neighborhood, every effort must be made to reduce noise and its impact on Kismet's neighbors. If you wish to host such an event at Kismet, the following Rules and Regulations must be closely observed:

In an effort to reduce noise and discomfort for the neighbors and to reduce wear and tear to the villa, Kismet will accommodate no more than 60 persons at any event. Maximum overnight occupancy by no more than 12 persons must be observed at all times.

If a band is hired for any social event, the band must play only acoustic instruments. Electronic instruments, outdoor speakers and amplifiers are prohibited.
All outdoor music must end by 9:30 pm (indoor music with a dance floor available can continue with all windows closed and the air conditioning on).
Kismet kindly requests also that efforts be made to reduce any other loud outdoor noise after 9:30 pm., including noisy conversation.
Your social event or reception itself, with any gathering of non-Kismet guests, must end by 10 pm. latest.
All traffic coming and going from Kismet must make an extra effort not to disturb neighbors. No cars or taxis should park in, nor turn in, any neighbor's driveway.
Unplanned events are not recommended and will likely be disallowed by Kismet Management if deemed a possible annoyance to neighbors. These weddings and any other social events are allowed totally by the decision of, and the responsibility of, the renter, and if applicable, their wedding or event planner. Kismet itself is not in the business of planning, creating or executing such social events.
