How to customize formatting for each rich text
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

This remarkable 7-bedroom 7-bathroom property has been recently restored and tastefully furnished with a fine selection of antiques and exquisite upholstery. The main house and two guest houses share a 2.5-acre garden featuring a zero-edge pool, a large gazebo, and classic wrought-iron furniture. Villa Leopolda is situated in an unspoiled area south of Siena, between the fascinating wine region of Montalcino and the beautiful coast of Maremma. Chianti is only at a 50 minutes drive, making Villa Leopolda an ideal location for every wine enthusiast. The seaside is less than an hour away, offering wide beaches overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea and two nature parks.
The villa is located near some of the most exclusive Brunello wineries, you can see the Banfi castle and the southern part of Montalcino from the garden and other castles and historical sites are at reach. The wide paved terrace is ideal to host special events and wedding celebrations.
OUTSIDE FEATURES--the 2.5-acre manicured Italian and English garden surrounds all three units and offers several recreational opportunities as well as a vegetable garden with fresh salad and vegetables. The panoramic zero-edge pool (46 x 20 feet, rectangular) is shaped like an old laundry fountain with waterfall spouts on the back and is located on a ledge facing the hills. The pool area is furnished with wrought-iron chairs, chaises longues and shades. There is a large wooden gazebo, also fully furnished with chairs and a coffee table. On the upper level, the multi-purpose stone paver patio is decorated with stone walls and an old brick well. This area is perfect for outdoor dining and enjoying the extraordinary 360-degree panorama. Covered parking space for 4 cars.
MAIN HOUSE, GROUND FLOOR--the large dining room opens into an airy and inviting sitting area with working fireplace and beamed ceiling. There is a library, equipped with a TV screen and a stylish leather couch, and a guest half bathroom. The main kitchen, fully equipped with top brand appliances, is also on this floor. One queen bedroom with crown canopy bed, en-suite bathroom with shower.
MAIN HOUSE, FIRST FLOOR--spacious living room with beamed ceilings, large fireplace, traditional facing sofas and armchairs and a cocktail antique table. One queen bedroom with full canopy bed, large en-suite bathroom and stone Jacuzzi, one twin bedroom with full canopy beds, en-suite bathroom with his&her sinks, clawfoot tub and access to terrace.
MAIN HOUSE, SECOND FLOOR--one double bedroom with crown canopy bed and en-suite bathroom with tub and shower.
GUEST HOUSE, GROUND FLOOR--nice living room with fireplace includes a comfortable dining area and has direct access to the garden. This house has an independent fully equipped kitchen. One twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom, one queen bedroom with private bathroom.
POOL HOUSE--one double bedroom with canopy bed, wide plank hardwood flooring, en-suite bathroom with concrete shower.
Includes morning housekeeping service daily for 3,5 hours (2 staff members), and 1 hour in the evening, mid-week bed linen and towels change (Wed), breakfast preparation service (between 8:00 am-9:30 am)– cost of ingredients extra, welcome dinner included, cook service included for lunch (between 1:00 pm-2:30 pm) OR dinner (between 8:00 pm-9:30 pm) – cost of ingredients extra.
