Five sets of double French doors lead to the expansive covered gallery decorated with cushioned sofas and a dining table for eight, ready for alfresco dining with a view. The gallery is the heart of this villa and overlooks the grandeur of Peter Bay and green islands beyond. A wraparound balcony surrounds three sides of the gallery, with one side featuring a gas grill and wine cooler. Two steps lead to the private pool and sun deck, with chaise lounges for sunbathing and a small cocktail area for two.
A short stone staircase leads through lush landscaping down to this villa's next tier, offering a stone terrace with a large hot tub. A few more steps lead to a secluded waterfront overlook of Peter Bay's coral reef, rugged lava shoreline and the beautiful National Park waters and surrounding hills. This overlook is named Anniversary Point in celebration of its discovery on the owners' 25th wedding anniversary. Anniversary Point is a special intimate nook for two, designed to share a glass of wine and quiet moments together. Additional stone steps along the water's edge, lighted for balmy nights, lead gently down to the totally private Beach Terrace perched just 10 feet above the rolling ocean waves.
